Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Greek olives
Chickpeas
Cilantro
Olive oil
Feta cheese
(Can also include quinoa if you like)

Lettuce
Roasted walnuts or pecans (chop and put on a baking sheet at 300 for 10 mins)
Braised pairs (peel and cut into 4 slices. Cook in 1/2 tsp olive oil till brown, then in oven at same temp for 5 mins)
Gorgonzola
I like to use olive oil and lime juice as dressing but you can use whatever you want

What approximate amounts or ratio of oil/juice do you use? Do you add anything else to the dressing? Thanks!

Not the PP, but I use about 2 parts juice to 1 part oil. I've made an oil/lime juice dressing that added some cumin and salt that was really great.

Canned salmon
Sliced avocado
Red pepper strips
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Sliced almonds occasionally, if I want some crunch

I feel virtuous whenever I eat this

I really like orange or grapefruit, avocado, and radish together. On any type of green.
