| I have a pretty stronger reason to believe Lee is getting kicked out due to a VIP visit tomorrow. Considering the playground is almost complete (what could they possibly add at this point that would be a safety concern) Annoyed because it means we all have to scramble to find coverage mid week while IT stays open. Argh! |

One entire side of the building will be subject to some work being done, so all the children would have to be moved to the other side across the hall. If you put all the kids on the same side of the school it will tip over like the Titanic.

| Access between the schools is actually between locked doors. It is an inconvenience but I understand. I'm pleased to be able to come back to a brand new playground at the front door. |

Different poster, but I have reached the same conclusion. I'm not even sure at this point if Lee knows what's going on (or at least not all of them do), but I'm pretty sure that's correct. There will be a ceremony at the playground. |

Have you paid attention this week? Today all the windows are taped up in the stairwell that looks out onto the playground. There are street signs in a 1 block radius for no parking (only for tomorrow and Only from 11-7pm). There have been other things I've noticed as well. Did you notice the signs about the closing today. It mentioned closed due to a situation regarding the playground NOT construction/safety. Plus, seriously have you seen the playground. It's 99 percent done. What could they possibly be doing construction wise that would require safety measures of closing that section of the building.
After tomorrow I will come back & gloat because I'm observant. If I'm wrong 100 lashes by the DCUM crowd. |

Same here, plus nothing say "let's move" quite like a playground. Someone quick, call Fox News and tell them they've forced children out of school against the school's wishes so that the MO can open a playground. But seriously I love her, but am annoyed I have to take a vacation day for this. Won't someone think of the children... |

This has spun out of control, but as a fan of FLOTUS, charter schools and IT- let me say, I would be pissed to find out that an entire school had to vacate because of publicity. What a shame for this parents, I hope we are all spinning this to be something it's not.
Now, back to planning my 9/11 event for tomorrow. |
