Where to complain about front office staff?

I have to put it out there. Do you think complaining about the FO staff will get you labelled as a "problem parent"?

If that happens, would that impact opportunities given to your child in school?

Yes, it would. Which is why I would not bother complaining to the principle. I have a good idea that's why the paperwork "slipped through the cracks" as well. Unbelievably immature and unprofessional behavior on the part of people whose salaries are paid by our taxes. With so many qualified people looking for work and waiting to fill their shoes you'd think it would matter to someone.

They let some paperwork slip through the cracks at the beginning of the year, and are in general really unpleasant. I'm tempted to make a complaint. Does Superintendent Starr care about parents' opinions about things like this or not? Thanks.

Starr

lmfao!

Why not complain to Obama the next time a police officer is rude to you?

Seriously, you think the superintendent of a public school system is that lofty and unreachable?

NP here. I always hate people like you who jump to the top when you have a problem. Try escalating a problem one step at a time. I personally hate to hear that the superintendent is spending his time tracking down issues for one student instead of working on the management issues that affect hundreds of students. I understand that significant problems may need to be escalated that high and that he may be the only person who can handle certain situations, but rude front office staff or carelessness of front office staff at one school is not that type of issue. Take it to the principal and see where that gets you first. If it doesn't resolve your issue, then consider escalating beyond that.

You are not worth responding to.
