NP here. [b] I always hate people like you[/b] who jump to the top when you have a problem.  Try escalating a problem one step at a time.  I personally hate to hear that the superintendent is spending his time tracking down issues for one student instead of working on the management issues that affect hundreds of students.  I understand that significant problems may need to be escalated that high and that he may be the only person who can handle certain situations, but rude front office staff or carelessness of front office staff at one school is not that type of issue.  Take it to the principal and see where that gets you first.  If it doesn't resolve your issue, then consider escalating beyond that.
