How is it possible for some people to have gotten a letter yesterday? The recording said letters were being sent on Wednesday night via mail, which would really mean Thursday morning since there's no mail service in the evening. So how could some people have gotten it on the same day it was mailed? Do they do it by grade and maybe non-K was mailed earlier in the week, since there are fewer applicants?

I am the PP that received a letter yesterday. It is for a 3rd grade spot. Still waiting for K letter for second child.

I'm beginning to think that letters went out to those being offered slots. It's 5-2-2014 and still no letter in the mail for 2nd grade at RCF (we did get the confirmation letter stating they received our application).

I am the 22:58 poster and the two spots we were offered are for Kindergarten. We live in Rockville and our last name starts with "N." Besides my coworker, I don't know of anyone else who heard yet, even my neighbours.
