They choose for you. This was the case for us last year when we got in. We declined our spot because we preferred Spanish and they only offered us French.

Anyone have a sense of how many non-sub spots there will be? I called the school but they won't say.

Is there a reason they gave for not providing you the info? Do they not have it or are they willing not to give it out? Seems odd to keep this a secret and also odd that they would not have this info on the eve of their lottery.

The only info they are giving is that they only have space in PS, PK, & K.

And the initials of those who got in please!

Initials of accepted names would be great-- trying to make it but don't think I'll get there on time.

If someone who goes would not mind posting this, that would be fantastic.

If not, it will be posted on Friday and those that are in will get a call.

I just read their page on the lottery - looks like you have no choice in which program you are assigned to if you get in (French or Spanish):

"Siblings of current students will be admitted first. The names of all applicants who submitted applications by the April 4 deadline will be publicly drawn at random and assigned to French-English or Spanish-English classrooms, until capacity is reached."
