Alcohol.

I'm giving up on inviting over my Lent-practicing friends, because they're always giving up food-related things and I can't keep up.

Judgment. It's gonna be hard, and didn't work out so well last year, so I'm going to do a much better job this year.

I am sick and addicted.

I also give up DCUM. Parts of DCUM are good and have been helpful, but more often than not I'm disappointed by the toxicity. Giving it up is actually a good thing.

I try to give something up and to work on something about myself that needs work. This year it's coffee and impatience. The combo might not work so well...

I am giving up on ever getting back things I "LENT" to practicing Christians!

Hardest thing I've ever given up. I ate the head off of my daughter's chocolate bunny early Easter morning. Never again.

I'm going to give up all grains. Bread, rice, pasta, oatmeal.

Guess I'll supplement with wine and chocolate…just kidding!

But PPs make me think I should also try to not snap at the kids (really, just one of my kids). ugh.
