While not my style, I think that Amelia Bliss or Amelia Quinn sound fine.

If they aren't family names, Ellis and Sinclair sound very strange. And Sage is just awful.

Amelia Sage or Amelia Sinclair are the two nicest options IMO, although Quinn is also fine. Bliss and Ellis have too many L's to flow well with Amelia.

Agree with this. I think Sage is the least pretentious, because it sounds a bit hippie. Amelia Sage flows pretty well. All others are pretentious, and Bliss is just ridiculous. Makes me think of the line of cosmetic products. How about a real first name for a middle name? Unless you have a family last name to use.
