I am sure OP knows this, but on the off chance she doesn't - Soy sauce is not gluten free unless it specifically states it on the bottle.

Bragg's Liquid Aminos (find in Whole Foods) is basically gluten free soy sauce

I think La Choy is GF, but Kikomman is not (in terms of the regular store brands).
i make lentil soup all the time in the crock pot - 1lb of green lentils, garlic, onion, carrots, potato, kale, 6 c. water, boullion (chicken or veg). Chop vegetables, and put everything in the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hrs.

Thai or Indian food are your best bets. But also, BBQ, beef/turkey/chicken burgers without buns or meatballs made with almond flour as binder, lettuce wraps, baked/roasted chicken, tuna/salmon salad, chilis of all sorts, mussels, shrimp cocktail.

Re: above--You can get tamari, which is soy sauce without gluten.

You can use goat milk for dairy in recipes.

Kikomann makes a GF soy sauce. It has a bright blue label and states gluten free very prominently.

I made an awesome crock pot meal last night, and I'm loving the leftovers right now. Pork chops, small onions, crushed tomatoes, chopped dried apricots, raisins, broth, saffron. It is a great starter no sugar recipe because it has so much natural sweetness.
