| Same people who use preggers and baby bump. |
Incorrect. It goes back at least 500 years. |
| Never heard the term before |
|
I think most of these are religious but not sure the religion is Mormon:

(But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord...." http://hootsmomma.blogspot.com/2013/07/jucing-and-littles.html etc etc etc |
500 years you say. Are you the resident Sunday morning historian. |
|
Ugh, I have 1 annoying friend who says this, and yes, she is "crunchy" in lots of ways.
Here is it used in a sentence "I'm so bummed I can't go on Susie's class field trip because of the littles!" (Her two younger children) |
| I have a family member who uses this term. She is one of those "everything looks perfect on the outside but is a mess in reality." Drives me crazy. I think people use this term, at least in this case, to make things sound perfect and put together. |
Right. Exactly. And, you know, instead of making accomodations for the care of the "littles" by a surrogate so she could do the more important thing of chaperoning Susie's field trip (probably because the "littles" are being exclusively breast fed), she's going to whine about it. Loudly. |
| "Littles" is almost as bad as people who refer to their kids as "my minis." That drives me nuts. |
I think that only one of those is Mormon. (I'm not a Mormon.) |
| Hate this too. Along with "smalls". |
Haha.. Yes, about the bf part. |
| I lived in Africa for many years and they call children there 'smalls' |
Everybody everywhere in all of Africa calls children "smalls"? |
| I have read this in a book recently - a novel. Struggling to remember what book though! |
