Can you tell me how I can get access to the Dulles Moms?

No. It has at least one working parents subgroup. Of the members I know it's about a 50/50 mix of working/SAH parents. There aren't many dads, but there are a few.

It's still active. There are also KaloramaPlaygroup, MmomsintheCity, and, for those of us who are considered "mature," DCMM40somethingmoms, all on Yahoo.

For 15:32, you can "like" Dulles Moms (also known for some reason as "Moms like Me") on Facebook, or their website is DullesMoms.com

It's more of a calendar and event listing than a listserv or meet-up group, but it's handy (and on Facebook they send one post a day about free things to do with your kiddo)

oh relax poster - she was just saying it's very restrictive to the zip codes.
many of the DC ones aren't restrictive to the zip codes, and you can join if you are close to that neighborhood.

Exactly why MONA has the reputation that it does.
