Not true.

| I don't get what 'remedy' you're looking for. You got what you wanted, at the expense it took. Try plastic surgery? |
| Op, how did you lose weight? |
No! My mom told me this, therefore it must be true!! |
| At what age does this start happening? |
For me, 45. (I'm 46 now.) |
Eliminated alcohol almost completely. Portion control. Replaced at least one meal a day with a kale 'n' fruit smoothie, usually lunch. Ran 3-5 miles 3 times per week either pushing for a faster time each week or doing high intensity hill work. High energy circuit/weight training 30-45 minutes 3 times per week, adding heavier weight mid-way through the 4-month shed. CLA daily for the tummy fat. Iced green tea for hydration and a caffeine/fat burning boost. Water, carbonated, thanks to my soda stream. One "cheat-ish" day that allowed for a greater calorie intake so I wouldn't plateau. I'm more toned than I have ever been and feel so damn fit. Was hoping somebody would say that eating an avocado daily or some such trick would put the curves back on my face and not on my behind but alas, fillers may be the way to go at some point. |
CLA? |
Conjugated Linoleic acid, a supplement. Although I'm sure it's her awesome workouts and dietary changes that made the difference, not a couple pills a day. |
| Happens all the time to bodybuilders and people who lift a lot of weights. It's that strained face look. |
| And runners. Women get prematurely lined from nose down (the "marionette lines") although I thought some of that might be from steroid abuse. |
|
how long have you been this thin/fit?
You might regain a little (to good effect) as you level off your weight loss. I did this too in my late 20s! Lost too much body fat but 1 year later and about...5 pounds more, I looked better than at the hight of fitness. |
Yea, well at 55 you are old. Fat or thin, no hiding the old when you are 55. Fooling nobody. If all this sets in at 45, who cares? Ship has started to sail by then, might as well have a fit and healthy body. No one is really looking much as a woman's face after 45. Sad, but true. However, tits are forever. |
| How much weight did you lose? Things might settle down a bit. I lost about 50 lbs and my boobs went from DD to B/C (depending on the side, sigh ...). My boobs became super baggy but after time (maybe a year-ish?) they were much better. Not perky, but not tennis balls in socks either. Sounds like you are getting enough hydration, make sure you moisturize everywhere (don't forget your neck!) twice a day at least and do not leave the house without suncreen (including when you run, if outside). Most importantly, be happy with your accomplishment and that you are so healthy! |
NP here. OP, congratulate yourself for the weight you lost. If you look older now, so what? No one can be young forever. And people shouldn't try. It's a battle everyone eventually loses, so why even try? Just be happy with how you look. |
