Naked pool party

Her pool is just so inviting. We are always there.

I'm just not picturing this. They need swim diapers until they're potty trained, and then they swim naked for approximately 2-3 years until they turn 5?

Some kids who aren't totally potty trained can manage not to take a dump in the pool even without a swim diaper on. My kids never pooped in a swim diaper or in a bath.

But then I have never understood Americans' prudishness. You would see much more on display on many French beaches.

You say that as if it's a virtue.

Not PP but what's wrong with that?

Hard to tell how long OP has been a perv.

Sounds very European. Our neighbors' kids (ages 2 and 6) run around naked in their backyard all the time. They're from Europe. My mum is, too--we vacationed there for a long time. My cousins, all girls, as would all girls in Germany--wear bikini / speedo bottoms, no tops, at public beaches and lakes. No one batted an eye.

I was recently at a pool party and a 3 year old girl stripped down and swam naked. Guess what happened? Nothing. No one else even batted an eye. No other suits came off, no one freaked and screamed PERV. We chuckled at the girl and went on about our day.

My also 3 year old didn't even mention the fact that she was naked. You know, because he's 3.

I call BS on this post.

That is very nice that people can choose to live or vacation in a primitive society, or they can choose to come to America where things are more civilized.

Choices are great.

No swimming naked at my house because I'd go broke from having to buy bottles and bottles of sunscreen.

Big deal? Was it bad that I gave in, or am I just being prudish?

It was not a big deal. It was not bad that you gave in.

Calling bullshit on this. I lived in Geemany for a very long time and if I whipped out my triple Ds at the pool there'd be plenty of eye batting. Some folks do sunbathe naked, but it is by far not the norm.

Our pool parties always devolve into nudity. Child is 3 yrs, 4 mo. I do ask attending parents if they want me to enforce clothes. They all say no.

OP is a troll. Period.

(Why is the verb for exposing breasts always "whipped out"? (Usually, but not always, in the context of women breastfeeding in places/ways that other people think are wrong.) How would one even "whip out" a breast? Plus even the attempt sounds painful.)

agree. Mine will not "whip". They will perhaps "say hi" or favor you with their attention, but they rarely move at all much less whip.

If you don't care, then no issue. I however, would most likely just take my kids and leave.
