I found Amazon to be overpriced for lighting. I bought our lights from Maurice Electric off New York Ave in NE. Customer service was very good - we worked with a single sales person and he took care of everything.

We ordered a bed from Wayfair last year. It arrived damaged so they gave us the option to get a full refund or have a replacement part sent. I was happy with the customer service.

Both are beautiful. The lamp is very heavy and you can use your own higher watt bulbs in it. It's so nice if you die someone will fight over it.

Wayfair is a great place to shop.

I ordered an accent piece (shelving) from Wayfair and was happy with the product.

I have mixed feelings.

I ordered a piece of furniture from them and they sent the WRONG ONE! We're talking a good size piece of furniture that would have been a huge hassle to send back.

They offered to have someone come back and pick it up (which would mean I'd have to take off of work to wait for them at home) or that I could just keep it and they would give me a $200 credit. It took them about a week to come up with those two options.

We kept the credit and then used it to order a bed for DS.

The first bed that came, had a huge nail sticking out of it. So, they send us a replacement part that worked out okay.

But, now less than 6 months since we've had the bed, the bottom of it is all misaligned.

Bottom line - their customer service was fine (I guess?) but both experiences were just way too much trouble. We've ordered furniture online from other places (high end and low end), and for now, I tend to stay away from Wayfair.

Yes. Mistakenly bought thru walmart's website thinking I could return for free to the store if the item did not work. Then found out it was from way dair and I would have to pay a ton to return it.

Refuse to order from them since I hate the model of posting items on brick and morter company websites.

yes, and really good experience. I ordered an L-shaped desk and filing cabinet (so fairly sizeable furniture). Good price/quality ratio.
