I find breakfast is my undoing..if i am good and have some oatmeal or a hard boiled egg and nothing else, I am good for the day.
In the store: I try to only hit the "smile"...produce to dairy going through the meat/seafood/bacon section. Some tips for feeling more full without eating more: - Nuts as a snack (almonds are great) - Lean turkey meatloaf - Lean ground pork/chicken meat balls For me it's all about portion control. Good luck and don't try to lose more than a lb a week! |
Fasting may help you lose a few pounds in the short term, mostly water weight. But you're not doing yourself any favors. Most people cannot maintain the weight loss and many gain even more b/c you're slowing your metabolism down. |
