You need to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. If you don't have time to work out, then you should eat less.

Um Duh, I know that. I've been trying but just eating less isn't working that well.

You are probably not calculating your calories accurately. Unless, you have a medical condition, if you are eating below maintenance then you should be losing weight. You need to weigh everything that you eat.

I gained 85lbs with each of my three children (so yes, three sep times). The first two times it took me about a year and half to get back to pre-baby size. After about two years after my third, I am about ten pounds away from my target weight. I like myfitnesspal.com. I ran/ron 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. I work full time as well so I either run in the morning, during work at the gym, or while pushing my kids in the jogging stroller. I have also limited my wine consumption--you can't deprive yourself completely otherwise you will just get depressed and give up. Don't be too hard on your self. You will loose the weight it just takes time and patience. It is much harder to loose weight when you breast feed for an extended amount of time and work full time. Good luck and hang in there.
