Cross fit training

Cultish and very expensive. I think it attracts a lot of people who just want to feel part of something they consider elite fitness. There are a lot of unfit people that do it.

Very familiar with cross fit. Many people who do it are addicted. But, that's good in many respects.

In regards to the cost...you don't need to be in a Cross Fit gym to do it. I do it in my house or outside. The basics of Cross Fit is constant movement of different body parts with little to no rest. That can be done without the gym. Take a look at a kid's playground, you'll see similar items at the gym.
