In regards to the cost...you don't need to be in a Cross Fit gym to do it. I do it in my house or outside. The basics of Cross Fit is constant movement of different body parts with little to no rest. That can be done without the gym. Take a look at a kid's playground, you'll see similar items at the gym.[/quote]
