| Meh. I think it's gross. |
Yes it is that messy. But it is divine. If you don't find it worth the mess, well you're doing it wrong
Key though is mentioned above. Good French bread (you know the stuff they lug around sticking out a bag -- it is tough unlike stuff you buy pre-sliced). I prefer spoon. It's healthier b/c you save the carbs for the sugar

| Mine would never last on the kitchen counter for a couple of weeks! Maybe if I hide it in the back of the pantry and forget about it..... |
Yum! Thank you, I will check that out! |
You can get two huge jars for $10 at Costco.

| I'm glad this is anonymous---it's AMAZING on Eggo waffles--tastes like crepes.... |
Nutella has a pretty high sugar content and can be kind of runny for my taste. I love the chocolate peanut butter spread by the peanut butter company (blue colored lid). They sell it at target and whole foods. I prefer it to regular peanut butter and jelly. I think it only has like 6 grams of sugar compared to 20+ for nutella. I am ashamed to admit how many jars I go through

It wouldn't last an hour on my kitchen counter! |
Oooh, nutella with pancakes- also very good! |
| I read this thread and decided I needed a Nutella crepe for lunch. I just finished it off! So good! |
| Nutella crepes, so yummy!! |
we buy Dulce de Leche from the latin market, which is essentially a caramel spread. We put it on toast or thomas' english muffins. SO GOOD. As for the nutella, DH just eats it with a spoon. The bread crumblyness gets worse if its old/ refrigerated, but fresh shouldn't do too much damage. You've gotta put it on nice and thick

| I want to frost a cake with it. |
| Nutella is a wonderful, healthy way to start the day for the whole family. |
I feel like I gained 5 lbs just reading this thread.
