If I'm wearing something clingy, hell yes.

As far as chafing, baby powder or cornstarch is your friend.

I'm 32 and the answer is Hell to the Yeah!! It baffles me to see women in pretty dresses with lumps and bumps poking out. Spanx is our ally!!

I recently bought some tummy firming underwear and now I'm hooked. It has lace and actually looks kind of sexy. I'm wondering if I'm the only 30 something wearing this stuff?? Is it meant for older women? I never thought I would be wearing shapewear everyday but it is magic!

what kind of tummy firming undies are they? the spanx kind have so-so reviews.

Those of you wearing Spanx. Can you give us a link of what you would wear under, say, a wrap dress? Every time I've tried shapewear separates, I've ended up with muffin top or they've rolled down at the top - way worse than going without.

Mine roll up, roll down, giving me a bigger problem!

How do I avoid this?

I had the same problem. Kept having to pull them up over my belly.

It sounds like you are buying the wrong size. Maybe a size up would solve the issue.

Mine did too. It was very annoying. So I took to exercising more. Now its not a problem, I just skip it.

Yes. I am thin but lumpy 5'6" 125 lbs.

I wear Spanx cotton tanks, Skinny Britches and sometimes DK high waist panties.

I really like the Skinny Britches and would buy tons if they were not so $$$$.

They are very lightweight and now I never worry about VPL or my panties riding up my ass-crack etc.

I don't wear shape wear. But, I do a minimum of 150 crunches every other day, and do a lot of abs-based working out. That, plus good genetics, plus having my baby in my mid-20's, helped my stomach get flat after giving birth.
