+1. specifically Tapatio. I don't want to be stuck with Tabasco.

Or cholula, or wing sauce. Not a big Tabasco fan.

Op here. I love hot sauce but I don't like Tabasco either. My favorite is Louisiana. I dip my grilled cheeses in it. Maybe I'll change my answer from Sriracha to Louisiana!

Franks hot sauce I put that s**t on everything

Balsamic vinegar. You can put it in sweet and savory dishes. It can be reduced to make a wonderful glaze for roasted vegetables.

OP, don't abandon your Sriracha! It's got my vote...

Mustard. My DH would be Franks red hot.

Hellman's mayo. I could eat it with a spoon. I wish Someone would make me.

Sriracha 4 ever.

It's a tie between ketchup, sriracha, bbq sauce, mayo, spicy brown mustard, thick balsamic vinaigrette like they have at whole foods salad bar, butter, caramel sauce, catalina, tobasco, every sauce they have at Chix, and the pioneer woman salsa.

I LOVE CONDIMENTS. I LOVE THEM 4EVER.

Lemon. It's not really a condiment, but I use it that way. Put it on everything.

Balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette. Great for salads, dipping, on sandwiches, etc.

Or just plain old ketchup.
