Do you shower everyday?

Every morning. I look and feel gross before a shower.

DH and I both shower at night, so I would feel extra gross in the morning if I skipped a day...!

Yes, I shower each and every day, and so does DH. Thank goodness.

Yes, and regardless of what an individual thinks, I can tell when someone hasnt showered. Its a certain smell (kind of sour and stale but faint) and a certain look to the skin and hair. I feel repulsive when I dont shower every morning.

i come from a tropical country and there we have to shower 2x sometimes 3x a day. here? meh... unless it's summer.

I do not shower every day. I don't work out every single day, either. It actually screws up my hair if I wash it every day, so there is no need to shower unless I'm super active. I can almost guarantee you would not know the difference between my shower days and my non-shower days.

It isn't like I skip teeth brushing, too.

same here.my skin and hair get dry if i shower too much...its not good for you or for the environment. I shower more often in the summer...when ever my skin and hair need it...often daily or every other day at mosy. In the winter it is more like every other or every third day. But ultimately it' s as needed whether thats twice a day or twice a week. I brush my teeth, wear deodorant and body spray to freshen up. Also i almost always shower at night.

Daily in summer and anytime I work out. Every other day in winter, or my skin and hair suffer.

Every day, and after every workout. So sometimes twice a day if I shower in the morning but work out in the evening. But in that case the second shower is just a rinse.

I have to agree here - Italians I've known are VERY clean - way more than I am. They will get up from the dinner table and start vacuuming - always cleaning, sterilizing, etc.
