I shower more often in the summer...when ever my skin and hair need it...often daily or every other day at mosy. In the winter it is more like every other or every third day. But ultimately it' s as needed whether thats twice a day or twice a week. I brush my teeth, wear deodorant and body spray to freshen up. Also i almost always shower at night.[/quote]
