first concert I ever went to was either 1979 (I started drinking and smoking ganja very young)...
MOXY (Headline Act) REX (warmup) and AC/DC (opening act!) I started out a head banger but soon branched out listing to many groups listed above i.e. Susie and the Banshee's that said, I got indocternated by my older brother (9 yrs my senior) and remember Issac Hayes, Blood Sweat & Tears, Chicago, Jim Croce playing on the record player |
Warrant and Poison deserve all the mockery you can heap on them (although I still love(d) them). I'm curiously ambivalent about the Crue, but NO ONE mocks Def Leppard on my presence. (Although I appreciate that you spelled it correctly.) Agree on Van Halen, but for some reason never got into JA. |

If you're a woman, you are literally the first one I've ever heard of, much less interacted with, who likes Rush. |

I am indeed a woman who STILL loves Rush. In fact, my husband caught a concert on cable during their Time Machine tour. I was glued to the TV. There's no better group IMHO. My daughter even loves "the priests." |
