Also, have just heard recently of bacon maple ice cream...sounds fantastic. If you have an ice cream maker, suggest you give that a try!

Put some peanut butter on a piece or two of bread. Put it in the oven or toaster oven. Place cooked bacon between slices. Enjoy.

I love pork and jam combos. It works with sausage too.
