OP, you can take the bull by the horns, lose weight and get in shape and you will ride this wave of good looks until you hit early 50s. That's a decade of looking and feeling good and wearing sleeveless shirts and shorts! This is worth your time and investment.
I transformed my body around that age after four kids and I looked great for a long time. Also, make sure your hair looks good. Get a tinted moisturizer/serum make-up that works with your aging skin. You will be so glad you did this!! |
