He is a junior.

Looks like an expensive house from what I can tell. I bet the kid has "mental health" issues.

If so the court system needs to give him real consequences because the school system’s hands will be tied by “manifestation of disability”.

I hope that for the first time in his school career, this young person faces actual consequences. As a teacher, there is no doubt in my mind that he has been acting out for many years at school, and teachers have not been allowed to give real consequences.

+1. This class of kids went through middle school during the height of restorative justice nonsense.

Yes, thats what the info from mcps relayed.

Wow. Another bad "W" kid. I wonder if they'll leak all of the information about this kid the way they did with the Wootton shooter.

That's your take away? Your shoulder must hurt from having that big chip on it re W schools.

They also had remote 6th grade and went from being elementary schoolers to 7th graders. It has taken a lot of them many years to even out. I have a kid in that grade and the grade was notoriously a PITA from 7th through 9th. Finally evened out last year in 10th grade.

By definition, pretty much any kid that burns down a shed and writes this kind of graffiti has mental health issues. This seems like a cry for help from someone who is pretty messed up. It’s sad it’s a kid.

Not seeing any juvenile arrest in Montgomery County daily arrest records on 4/15. Is that unusual for it not to be posted?

He’s a minor. I’m sure this info is limited in terms of what is available to the general public.
