Have you decided to age naturally, gracefully- no botox, etc.?

The key is to never work a day in your life and constantly obsess over the fresh, nourishing ingredients for your next meal. Oh, and go to church every single day and garden like the dickens. This “me and my wellness” stuff is her full time job and it shows— she glows with a smidge of tinted lip balm.

I'll get right on that...the simple life lol.

I'm 64 and no botox/fillers. I do BBL once a year to even out sun damage/skin tone. Highlight by hair, which only has a few greys on the sides. I might be willing to do a face lift at some point.

So many of the women who have had work done look really terrible. Duck lips, squirrel cheeks. It's just not attractive.

42 and I haven’t used any and don’t plan on it. I’m ok with aging gracefully. I feel like the fillers and botox only look good for the first couple yrs of using. Used every few months, year in year out not only is a lot of time and money, but face starts to look off.

I also stopped dying my hair about 2 yrs ago. I have some gray, not a ton, but I don’t mind. The salon every 6 weeks was a HUGE time suck- plus my colorist was a bit of a jerk. He didn’t great work, but I hated being stuck talking to him for 2 hrs!

I do get IPL yearly or every other year, or I try to. My face might have some lines, but at least no spots or discoloration! It’s very clear.

In my 40s, I get asked by friends what I "do" but it is genes. I don't do Botox, wear sunscreen, I don't dye my hair, no fillers, no procedures yet.

I do have crow's feet around my eyes when I smile but I just don't want to get started on this slippery slope. My mom aged naturally and doesn't do anything except dye her hair.

No. I’m having things done. Maybe if I had high cheekbones or something it would be different.

I'm aging gracefully with Botox, hair dye, and whatever else makes me feel good.

I’ve never done Botox or any treatments. I’m letting my natural gray grow out. I look fine.

Nothing done at 59, and my face looks pretty good, my hair is slow to grey, but oh my neck! No way will I pass for someone a lot younger with it!

No Botox or fillers or anything
No hair dye.

Most of my gray is at my side temples. I embraced my natural curls during Covid, retired my Revlon hair brush styler and haven’t looked back.

All I need is my Tretinoin. I’m good.

I'm 60 and don't do anything other than color my hair, and that I do more for what it does for my hair texture than for the color. I am really struggling with my hair actually. It seems like many people's gray hairs are coarse, but mine are fine and just kind of limp. I honestly don't know what to do with it. It looks best for a few weeks after I color it (with demi-permanent color), then as it washes out, the limpness starts up again. I don't really care about my aging face, but I wish I could get my hair to look decent again.

Botox is basic maintenance for fair skin

Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery? Girl, you need to stop that sh$t.

Focus on the things that will actually keep you as healthy as possible as you age: good diet, exercise, and sleep.
