| Beach week, a longer vacation than normal family vacation, road trips and hanging out with friends. Very chill, no pressure, babysat for some money. TBH she got bored and sometimes wished she had a job but now that’s she’s halfway through freshman year and looking at a real internship this summer, she has no regrets. |

My HS senior plans to hang out with friends, work part-time, go to beach week + family vacation & spend time with grandparents Yes, whatever they want! Fortunately, we've saved enough for in-state college, and all earnings are for personal spending. |

| Older sister was working abroad for the summer and there was talk of the whole family going to visit her. Complication was DS was committed to a summer job + college orientation. It's the start of their adult lives with growing commitments. DS and I stayed back. |
