DP. Totally agree! She never has chemistry with any of her male leads. She’s too brusque or something. Luka deserved better.

And I also never heard anything about Goran Višnjić being a jerk IRL.

I'm the person who said that about Goran - it was widely spoken about in the Croatian community.

Sally Field, who played Maura Tieney’s bi polar mom was excellent in that role.

They had good chemistry, seemed inevitable as a couple. GV is friendly with his castmates, so apparently wasn't a jerk to them.

LOVED ER! Was watching it when my water broke and went in to labor with my first kid. Was life imitating art!

ER was soooo good. I did a rewatch about a year ago. My favorite seasons ar 2-6, then Carter goes to Africa which is fine but different, and then when Romano dies (spectacularly, iykyk) and when Susan Lewis leaves the second time, I’m done.

The last season when Benton and Carter have a quick reunion is good too.

The Pitt. ( good in a different way )

This might hurt a bit (the book is great too)

Did you know the actor who played Dr. Romano was also a character on Fame (I Sing the Body Electric)?

I’m OP, and I loved Nurse Jackie. Scrubs was funny but the medical part felt background to me (and I suspect the reboot will suck).

Grey’s doesn’t hold a candle to ER or St Elsewhere or even The Pitt.

And not exactly the same, but China Beach. Loved that show.
