Pls recommend your exercise bike or other machine for home exercise...

This is definitely an option, but it isn't necessarily "better". The very best exercise is the one that you actually do. HIIT workouts on a mat can be very effective, but they aren't everyone's cup of tea, to say the least.

I have a bike and a treadmill and I prefer the treadmill right now

I love our Concept 2 erg/rower. It has a smaller profile than some other machines and provides a solid workout.

Love my Peloton bike. I take Denis's classes - he's lovely to observe and selects good music.

Peloton bike. Cycling for the aerobic work out and strength classes for strength.

I’ve never loved working out, but this has kept me pretty consistent for 5 years because it’s just so easy and there’s so much content — there’s something for every person or mood or fitness goal or amount of time you have available

Too extreme for 90% of the world’s population.

That is what actors do to get in shape fast for roles or fitness models.
