Just another dummy, among millions.

It’s not just one guy. It’s the 1/3 who worship him as a cult leader despite xenophobia, racism, misogyny, hatred of the disabled, disregard for the rule of law, and, most of all, pedophilia.

The rest of the world doesn’t think it’s one guy. They think it is all of us.

It’s so painful traveling and having to explain to people that not only did I not vote for him, but I am daily newly appalled.

Well, we're probably not going to make it to 251, so might as well go out with a bang.

It's a wake.

Liberals are going to have tough 3 more years.

I almost feel sad for them.

Look forward to all the America 250 celebrations. America has done more for the world in that time than some countries hundreds of years older.

Of course I am! I am an American and proud to be one regardless of who is in office at the time. We have so much good history to celebrate. When I think about what our ancestors went through to give us what we have now, of course I will celebrate. I will celebrate them!

Our country is in a horrific state right now. It would feel more like a wake than anything else.

If it were any other (decent) Republican or Democrat in charge I would be fine and excited to participate. The logical part of my brain knows Trump is not America and America is not Trump, but I can’t help feeling otherwise at this moment. I just cannot celebrate a country that would put this guy in power and still largely supports him, despite knowing what he has done and what he is doing. It feels hypocritical to me, like throwing a birthday party for a sibling who I know abuses his wife and children. Anyone else in this boat?

50 percent of this country feels this way

If you are still a his damned pos maga I hope you rot in hell celebrating this crap

Screw off it’s not a birthday party it’s a Kkk rally white pride garbage

The 250 celebration seems like it is all about the administration and I want no part in celebrating authoritarianism. On the flip side, I see so many examples daily of Americans who represent our country’s real values and it gives me hope that one day we will come out the other side and again be a country that values all people. I can’t wait to celebrate that day.
