| Whipped ricotta! Serve with bread or veggies. My recipe is from my favorite restaurant in Philly - it’s just a tub of ricotta, salt, 5 tbsp cream or whole milk. Use an immersion blender to whip it until it’s smooth. They serve it with a pool of olive oil and a jam condiment on the side. |
