Too much garlic. Also a problem, but also I want friends. |
Ok, I'll look into it. |
Problem in regards to what? |
They is an oxymoron- no such thing as a healthy saturated fat. |
|
Yogurt is a milk product that’s hard to replicate—and even if you make something that tastes similar, you’ll miss out on the health benefits.
If you want probiotics, drink kombucha or eat pickled vegetables like kimchi. If you want a sweet snack, then make pudding or overnight oats with oat/almond milk. |
Exactly. |
Garlic causes gerd for me. The friend issue should be obvious. Did you ever eat Kimchi. Delicious, but you have to live alone or with other who eat it. |
Yes, and fun fact, I ate only vegan for almost a year due to alpha gal allergy. A lot of my non Dairy was either cashew ,soy, or almond based- healthy, but a lot was coconut oil based. Yogurts, milks, cheeses. My cholesterol actually went up! That coconut oil is worse than low fat dairy for cholesterol. So, I still have to avoid dairy, and here I am. |
| Use soy or almond. |
Yes. One of my best friends is Korian and eats it every day, even for breakfast. I never smelled it on her. |
This. Kimchi or sauerkraut. |
Do you have an eating disorder? You have an alarming and abnormal amount of food aversions. |
| Isn't yogurt by definition created from dairy? |
| Why can’t you have dairy? If it’s the lactose, Fage started making a lactose free Greek yogurt. I’ve been eating it and I love it. |
I posted about the lactose free Fage. I also love skyr, but don’t get the lower fat kind which will have more lactose. It’s also a superior texture to Greek yogurt, very very smooth. Delicious. But the Fage lactose free yogurt works even better for my stomach. |
