A lot of my non Dairy was either cashew ,soy, or almond based- healthy, but a lot was coconut oil based. Yogurts, milks, cheeses. My cholesterol actually went up! That coconut oil is worse than low fat dairy for cholesterol. So, I still have to avoid dairy, and here I am. [/quote]
