Makes sense to me. A 3.2 from a high rigor grade deflated feeder that they can trust? Or a 4.0 from a grade inflated public school where they have not admitted many in the past? They have years of experience in this.

I have degrees from two of HYPMS, and many of my friends and colleagues went to similar schools. But not one of them would make such an asinine statement.

Wrong interpretation. ED = maybe reject. EA and RD is a guaranteed reject. They are DESPERATE to protect their yield.
