XH said he wanted an open marriage and to sleep with men, not wearing condoms, with me watching. I ended up leaving him and then he smeared me by telling lies and ruined my relationship with my parents because they are easy to manipulate (ie, XH is rich therefore must be a decent person). He also tried to smear me to other people, some of whom I told the truth.

I can’t tell kids about it and so I just have to continue on. XH has a new girlfriend and no idea if she is into this fantasy too?

If my spouse did something so bad I called it "unspeakable", um... no? I can't imagine staying married to someone who did something so bad I'd call it unspeakable. Now mind you, I've worked in criminal law, my standard of unspeakable might be higher. But if we're talking about rape, murder, child abuse, or CSAM, you need to leave him.

Exh did something wrong, couldn’t face it, then did a complete 180 and decided getting rid of me was easier than facing his shame. So he smeared me to everyone and basically made it his life’s mission to prove that I was of poor character. Divorced me, and is now living his life like nothing happened.

It completely broke my trust in other humans. I don’t know that I will ever trust someone again the way that I trusted him.
