LOL VRSC staffer working overtime - TSJ is actually positioning itself to get mls next 1 and further advancement in girls side of which I will not let you in to protect our interest.

Cope harder with your alcoholic and home wrecking antics at evergreen Sportsplex 🤣

You can complain all you want and pull the sexism card and any other victim mentality excuse. The reality is that boys/men’s soccer is on the driver seat and girl/womens is not. Additionally, haven’t you seen GA taking form nicely in only 2.5 years of existence?

Word is most of the NC based GA teams very unhappy. Conference to big, quality of teams very low, six hour drives to beat TSJ and NVA/Loudon by double digit scores. Know of several that have put their applications in for ECNL.

Nice try, troll.
There’s a club in NC that was offered full girls’ ECNL and full boys’ ECNL without even submitting an application. Meanwhile, more clubs in NC are looking to join MLS Next and GA than ECNL, which is clearly trending downward—especially in this conference. On the boys’ side, ECNL is starting to feel more like EDP than an elite platform.

Then throw NC in with that terrible ranking as well. The Independence have a couple teams running away with it. Their other teams aren't (with NOVA teams on top), and certainly not the other NC teams.

depends on age group. The younger NC teams are getting destroyed by VA teams.

TSJ does have a players path.. so no they will not get Homegrown (MLSNext1). They are on outside looking in. It appears to me VRSC is buying their way in.

VRSC buys everything with money. Can’t buy integrity, decency, and genuine player development.

Some people are so poor all they got is money. But naw, TSJ is well ahead of VRSC on the boys side. And MLS next knows this - they’re not like GA making that gross announcement with VRSC because of a facility. LOL

Here we go. Only page 2 before Crazy Vendetta for VRSC dad pollutes another thread with his hate for VRSC.

Not a troll comment and was not talking about boys since this was a GA thread. There is no club in NC strong enough and dominates on the girls side that isn't already in ECNL that would be offered without an application - so sounds like you are the troll.
ECNL made it clear last year after defections they would hold tight for a year and add teams back next year. There are at least four NC applications is and two are from current GA squads.

Quick check of Mid-Atlantic South standings proves this wrong.
In all six age groups, the lowest any NC team is currently in the table in 9th, and most the lowest ranked team is seventh or higher. That means in all age groups, its DMV based teams occupying the three bottom spots, and sometimes more.

Have seen talent ID interest forms for NVA and McLean posted on IG. Clubs are getting an early start.

They have players leaving in some age groups. They might need to replace them for the spring.

in 2013s VRSC NVA and SYC have pounded NC, you are blind. Go look at GD and GA. It aint even close.

One age group?? Really? We get your DD plays for this age group, but that is just stupid. Do you even know how much teams change from that age to just 2 years older? There is a lot of transfer, and the NC teams are not nearly as diluted, so there are a lot fewer teams for the best players to transfer to. Whereas in NV, this area is so diluted in GA there is zero chance for a super team to emerge. GA needs to drop teams down, fast, or face being irrelevant in the area.

2013? Good story. Hopefully those players are actually being developed to be good in the older ages.
