Wheaton Plaza is the old original name, like Montgomery Mall -- those are the actual names anymore but folks still refer to them as that. National Airport, anyone? |
| No, unless you need Costco and target. |
| It’s fine as far as malls go. It’s not as high end as Montgomery Mall. |
| No. I grew up near there. It’s always a been terrible. |
Great variety of stores. Many interesting choices in the food court. Overall kept better (cleaner bathrooms, nice decorations, fresh look etc) |

I used to live on Georgia Ave, adjacent to the mall. It's decent enough, but I recommend going a few miles out to Columbia.
Wheaton Mall used to be one level, which is why the parking lot is so inefficient. It wasn't built with an extra shopping level in mind. Too bad because parking is a significant deterrent. |
| The parking lot is a mob scene with the target and Costco. The whole mall is crowded but better than feeling bombed out. |
| Tells you everything if a Target and Costco are the main stores, at a...mall? |
| What restaurants are there? |
| The food court options keep changing. A few staples tho |

It depends on what you looking for. It's a mall where you will find off brand inexpensive stores. I don't shop at Target anymore but sometimes I can find something cute at Olive Ole.
Montgomery and Columbia Malls are basic suburbia. If I am doing real shopping, I'm going to Tyson's. |
| Is this the mall with the Sears? But it's closed |
Hasn't been a Sears at Westfield Wheaton in the ten years I've lived here. Maybe that's what Costco replaced? It's been awesome having a nearby Costco. Every time I've gone to this mall it's been fine, I just don't do as much in person shopping anymore as I used to. The JoAnnes I loved closed

| JoAnnes closed? During the pandemic or later? |
