Good advice, but first start creating an "emergency fund" for yourself. Once that "emergency fund" has at least 3 months worth of income, then consider switching to the Roth IRA.

It is important to have money set aside in case a car needs an unexpected repair or whatever else unplanned happens.

I'm proud but a little sad not to get an email or acknowledgement from SoFi.

I guess that's what I would have Tweeted, but I just don't feel like politicizing these things. But I'm proud of myself.

I actually overpaid and have a credit of 43 cents. FML

Congrats! You're supposed to get a confirmation letter or email. I got one from OSLA. You don't want them to be like "Oops! Made a mistake, you owe us." It can happen. I would insist on getting one.

Congratulations!

I'm nowhere near that but after too many years of just paying my income-based minimum, I have a high-paying job and moved in with a partner and have built out a plan to pay it off in 7 years. Wish me luck!
