Most people aren’t paying attention. I only heard it mentioned here and then googled what Trump said about the Super Bowl to see the exact comments.

Then the next day I heard my close friend go off about how upset she was that Bad Bunny was the one in the Super Bowl and how it was a disgrace. She is from PR and she thinks he is an embarrassment and hates him and everything he represents.

So, I don’t think your average American is thinking about the Super Bowl or Bad Bunny at all. I don’t think many older people even know who he is.

uhhhh. This is a major news story about comments made by our current administration that are highly inflammatory. I think reacting to it is not only appropriate but odd that you think it's somehow wrong.

1. He was only the number 1 most streamed artist globally for 3 years, beaten only by Taylor Swift in 2024 (he has over 100 billion streams). He has 51m youtube subscribers and 35m TikTok followers. So i think a lot of people know who he is and
