Liberals have been spreading false stories about required warrants, and are now getting elected leaders arrested for their fake news.

As a Chicagoan, please know that our city is fighting back against ICE. Today, parents in the a few north side neighborhoods were made aware that ICE was showing up at schools in the area. By that afternoon, there were hundreds of people who up at neighborhood schools to protect kids and families during dismissal. ICE was nearby, but retreated. Citizens are showing up. Peacefully fighting back. Making it hard for ICE to kidnap our neighbors. Ensuring they are uncomfortable in our city. We will not let them do this without resistance.

They are required to show judicial warrants to enter a private home, granted. But she's in a public place apparently, she has the right to speak and to ask about a warrant, no sign she is blocking their path. Even if they had a right to arrest her, a police officer who was conducting himself professionally would tell her why she was being arrested and instruct her to put her hands behind her back rather than going right to what was basically an assault.

The problem is that anyone can step up and say "I'm ICE" and do whatever they want in this country now. No faces, no badges, no reasons need be provided. This. Is. Not. OK!

You should be in command of the facts. A warrant is not required. A deportation order from a judge is another avenue.

Now, do they have a warrant? I don't know. Why don't you tell us. You ask questions that maybe you should research instead of asking others.
