| I’d call the front desk and call the police. That’s not a private residence. |
| Let ye who is without sin, be first to call the front desk. |
I would not want to punish them. I would just want them to stop smoking in the indoor space we share . . . not a big ask given that it's prohibited. |
+1000 but I hope they mandate rehab too. |
The police? It's a civil penalty, and it's the business owners who pay it. |
So you think the rules don’t apply to those pot smokers? |
| I’d report it to the front desk. I’d do the same if it was cigars or cigarettes. No smoking is only two words. Even “young people” can read that. |
|
If it were cigarettes I’d complain. But weed?
Nah. They’re probably cool. And I like the smell of weed. I mean, I like weed |
| I would 100% call the front desk. I do not want to smell smoke of any kind in a hotel room. |
Did you learn your what-about-ism from the orange one? |
So cool people are exempt from the rules? |
How many of you boomers smoked pot, drank and had sex in the back seat of a car…..without getting busted. Do you think you should have been caught and punished? |
What rules? |
A police report needs to be made, to identify the culprits and force the hotel to do something. It’s worthy of arrest and punishment. It’s a crime. Besides, these folks need help and being arrested can bring them the help they need to get into rehab. |
You're not talking to boomers here, not everyone who is older than you is a boomer. None of that is equivalent to smoking in a hotel room. Why don't you go get some edibles and chill out? |
