Do your other former colleagues know she ratted on you? I would make sure they know.
I might or might not say something to her. But it's weird she kept in touch. |
It’s weird she sat with me at lunch, soccer games, team planning, hallway discussions and more…only to have been reporting me. What a B. |
| Success is the best revenge. Ooze happiness when you run into her. "I've never been happier. Leaving X (school) was the best thing that could have happened to me. " |
Yep, I would add little digs on the old school. And omg, love xyz at my new school. And maybe even a concerned - oh, I hope Larla spent some time on her times tables this summer. (But not in the subject area that you teach so she doesn’t give it back to you.) No point in calling her out explicitly as it sounds like you need to engage with her anyway. |
Pretty much this. I’m getting my lick back. |
| If you do bring it up, I could imagine her smirking. Women are like this. |
Deets? |
This! |
^^on second thought, she sounds diabolical. Maybe don't give her any information/ammunition at all. Steer clear, be polite but don't engage. She sounds dangerous. |
|
I would just quietly disengage. I would not respond at all.
If asked anything in person, just say "I'm so sorry. Too busy to chat right now" and then leave. |
I mean, I run into her a LOT. We lived in very small middle of nowhere town. |
For real. I had no idea and I am so angry. I feel so betrayed. I am angry because I left her with a TON of resources also. I wish I could get them back. |
I would mail them thishttps://dicksbymail.com/products/bag-of-dicks |
+1 Absolutely do not bring it up. But this is what I would do too, though it's probably healthier to just be a better person. |
| Who told you about it and why? I wouldn't believe everything you hear. |
