I got that but thought it was in poor taste.

Why is it incredible? This admin is fully racist, sexist, homophobic, and anti-Semitic. They’re making it easier for Americans to hate in the wide open. This has been going on for years.

That is just in such poor taste. Really really awful.

I don't blame Spanberber for one wacko holding up a sign, but dozens and dozens of people must have seen it and not shouted her down. Not a good look for Arlington.

Go to the real estate forum to see the racists. Arlington is full of those who will not move into a school pyramid that has too many children of color.

This woman has been identified, her name is circulating, assuming that she grew up as a Democrat in Virginia she was in the party when they were literally fighting to keep segregation. Her clear message is to step back in line or go back to the good old days. Did anyone else there have any sense of self awareness on this?

It's racist, but...

I don't understand how Republicans are supporting Winsome Sears anyways - she is a black, woman, immigrant. If she doesn't win, ICE will probably deport her.

Because maybe Rs aren’t actually all/mostly racist and sexist as Ds like to assume? Ever think of that?

ICE isn't deporting legal immigrants. In any case, Sears was a US Marine, her citizenship is 100% secure.

They have arrested a lot of veterans. Noone's citizenship is 100% secure. She needs to go home to Jamaica.

It’s a poorly worded analogy, but anyone who thinks this is arguing FOR racial segregation is an utter moron.

I am sure you’re right. But those non-racist republicans are fine with electing people who have the support of white nationalists.

I'm sure she has a story of how she opposed segregation, but there she was, proudly holding up her sign. I'm also sure there will be defenders saying it was racist but it was satire to prove a point. It was racist, right there for all to see.

Wow.

On another note, why are modern day protesters with signs always 70+ YO white women with short hair?

They aren’t, that’s a narrative that the administration desperately wants people to believe, though.
