There were actually three teenagers from the greentree group home in Bethesda involved in that murder. They were charged as adults. |
| The homes all around it make it so cheap. I'm surprised its not cheaper. |
| People are leaving the area and inventory is high demand low right now. Read the local news. |
| Wow this is actually a really good deal. I hope someone posts when it closes for what it sells for. This would be $4m in Arlington. I might actually offer full price tomorrow. Bet they ar helping for a bidding war though. |
| Very close to John Bolton’s house and he now doesn’t have any security. |
It's not close to it at all! |
I grew up there and saw the sign for it numerous times, but you wouldn't know otherwise. It's set back and hidden from the road. |
| It’s really ugly. Exterior, interior. There is not one room that is tolerable. It may be someone’s taste but that isn’t your average person. So a lower price is necessary to make up for ugliness. It’s going to sit for a while. |
It’s 2 blocks away! |
| It is dated and the lot is not great. It’s not downtown Bethesda either. |
| It’s zoned for burning tree. Not Bradley hills. That is a horrible intersection right by green tree and fern wood. We live nearby and I would never ever live there. |
+1 no idea how it’s both oogleh and drab at the same time |
I was under the impression that the group home they lived in was not part of the green tree complex. The same non profit runs both programs but I didn’t think the older teens in the diversion program were colocated where the women and children were. (And also, one of those thee teens was present for the killing and not involved in it and went to the police the next day to report the two who did it). |
| That location shows up in one of the Woodward boundary options to move to the WJ cluster from the Whitman cluster. Maybe that’s reflected in the price. |
| It’s kind of gaudy and ugly. Definitely not my taste so maybe a more limited audience for this house? |
