Exactly. Gross. Do better. |
| OP here. What rude behavior some of you have ! So close minded and bigoted. I expected some insight and frankly a little compassion, not unchecked hate. That's precisely my issue with the democrat party now. Where are the nice people, where did they go ? |
You’re ridiculous. Why don’t you call his boss. You have no idea why he was passed over—I mean if he’s entitled as you it would be off-putting. Your DD couldn’t teach without a college degree, so that literally doesn’t make sense. |
OP, I just want to say I feel and validate the hate you are receiving on this Board. I don’t get either other than you are tangential criticizing DEI, which I agree is rampant in large corporations. But, the truck is on you. I would never buy a new model like this until it had 3-5 year track record, especially from Ford. |
Yes. Democrats tend to see the world as they wish it was, whereas Republicans see it more realistically. That’s why they keep falling for ridiculous scams like Socialism, rehabilitation of hardened criminals, & thinking people can be trusted not to take advantage of government generosity. The result is sidewalks filled with homeless, sanctuary cities going in debt, criminal recidivism etc. |
Which is very different from saying the op is WRONG. |
You sound like a whiner who wants to blame everyone else for their bad decisions. You know who doesn't tolerate whiners? Jamie Dimon. |
I work in corporate america and I am surrounded by white men who are completely unremarkable in every single way possible, yet still they are all relatively successful. Sounds like your kids are just ultra duds. Maybe they both cheated their way through college and have low emotional intelligence to boot. Maybe your son is just a back room boy! Sorry but it happens when you become an adult no one gives you a gold star just because you check one box. |

I don’t value the opinion of an anyone who calls their friends idiots. What an $sshole.
I know people like him. They are not my friends. And they attribute everything they have to something they’ve done to deserve of while passing judgment on everyone else who had different circumstances. They give themselves far too much credit for everything good in their lives, and everyone else far too much blame for everything bad in their lives. |
No. Insults and being name called doesn't cause me to self reflect |
| This is sort of the same point made in the new Abundance book. Worth thinking about. |

A little off-today topic, but Dimon himself was passed over for promotion at Citigroup in the late 90s and actually asked to leave, which he promptly did to eventually become CEO of JPM. JPM is considered vastly superior to Citigroup, and has had much better stock market returns over the years. C basically went bankrupt in 2008 financial crisis, whereas JPM sailed right through.
OP, you might want to tell your son, Dimon’s whole story for some guidance. |
Anymore with the amount of information that is available it has become abundantly clear that Democrats (you know the leadership) don't actually have big hearts. They know cold heartedly what they are doing when they manipulate people to believe that what they are doing is something noble. |
Democrats have learned their lesson. No more “when they go low, we go high” BS. |
DEI is “rampant in large corporations” because study after study after study has shown that DEI improves profitability. Period. |
