Small evening snack ideas?

I have one small scoop of full-fat ice cream and I put it in a pretty teacup so it feels "special." None of these other types of suggestions really satisfied the craving.

Five prunes with a cup of tea or decaf. That's my desert every night. The prunes are supposed to help prevent osteoperosis.

Mini ice cream cones from Trader Joe’s are my current fav post dinner treat. There’s just enough of each component to be satisfying. And it’s just over 150 cals if you “indulge” and have two (me, often).
