I read this in Cookie Monster’s voice

This made me laugh out loud!

Fruit isn’t hitting the spot, I think because I incorporate it into my breakfast and lunch. Yogurt isn’t, either, because it’s part of my post-workout protein.

I want something I can keep on hand but only have one of, so if it comes prepackaged in individual servings, that’s perfect!

Glass of water or hot water with lemon. No food.

I had Undercover brand chocolate sea salt quinoa crisps as a snack on a recent United flight, and thought they were great. You can get them on Amazon. Each one in the size I ordered has 35 calories, but they are high in saturated fat.

I stay away from most evenings snacks as they trigger reflux for me. One that I can tolerate is a cup of chicken both. You can get expensive but very tasty single serving broth packs from Brodo online. Minimal calories, but they claim each serving has 10g of protein. They are fantastic to keep in the pantry for various sauces as well.

My kid likes to keep yogurt tubes in the freezer, and I realized they make a great snack.

Those Unreal coconut bars from Costco. Small, low sugar, satisfying with the coconut texture, and individually wrapped.

A cup of herbal tea is all you need. You sound obsessed with food.

I love herbal tea, but for a snack might add:

A graham cracker, serving of dry Cheerios, slice of whole grain cornbread (baked with fruit vs milk/eggs/butter), string cheese.

I usually don't eat after dinner, but if I'm really hungry I have either cheese or cashew nuts. Very satisfying in small amounts.

String cheese!

Dessert flavored decaf teas.

Very dark (like 80%) chocolate.

Cheese. I know it's not sweet but the fat helps, especially before bed. If string cheese isn't doing it, try cutting up some Ski Queen ahead of time into little portions.
