Small evening snack ideas?

Anonymous
I’m looking for sweet snack ideas for the evening, something around 100 calories that feels like a treat.

Fruit isn’t hitting the spot, I think because I incorporate it into my breakfast and lunch. Yogurt isn’t, either, because it’s part of my post-workout protein.

I want something I can keep on hand but only have one of, so if it comes prepackaged in individual servings, that’s perfect!

I do a small cup of cottage cheese with a spoonful of jam.

-Heavenly Hunks (be careful, these are amazing and not individually wrapped)
-Yasso bars. They don't feel like you're eating yogurt IMO
-Kettle corn

2 Dates with almond butter - so sweet you won't want more but is delicious!

A banana is pre packaged. Also apples, oranges. All come in individual servings too. And are healthy, with almost zero waste if you compost the peels or cores.

Did you even attempt to read the body of the post?

A few pretzel thins with chocolate hummus/ nut butter

Tru Fru (I think that’s the brand?)- they are frozen fruit dipped in chocolate. Sold near the ice cream, or make your own!

Meal prep little containers of chia pudding or avocado chocolate mousse

I like the chocolate covered strawberries from Trader Joe's. They have banana too. I know you don't want fruit. Sometimes I put dark chocolate pudding and peanut butter in a bowl with some shredded coconut. No idea of calories.

Ghiradelli has individually wrapped squares of dark chocolate

Those mini ice cream cones come in under 100 calories.

The Outshine fruit bars, particularly the peach are great too.

Bonus: the beans used to make cocoa mass and cocoa butter are all 100% traceable, purchased directly from their partner cooperatives in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire.

Honestly, one of the best things I’ve done diet wise is to brunch me teeth after dinner and stop the evening snacking. Not what you asked, but if you are having difficulty finding the right snack, it’s because you aren’t actually hungry.

I get stuff like that and end up eating them all.
I do better without the snacky wackys.
